Review your personal and employee training plans again. Make sure you’re
not slacking off on your education and training. The “School of Hard
Knocks” has the highest tuition in the country. It is very easy to make
a five-digit mistake in construction – a mistake you could have avoided
with a three-digit class.

focusing on improving business and management skills
