General contractors often have their own subcontractor bid plan rooms
where you can go to review plans, do take-offs, and review
specifications and other project documents. If you are bidding to
general contractors, utilize these rooms for those specific projects.
Other groups have
Bid Plan Rooms with access to a much larger array of projects and you
can use these free or for a fee, depending on the group.
